Before you can post or interact with other collectors in the Topps Apps, you must agree to follow our Community Guidelines.
These rules help ensure a safe, fair, and positive experience for everyone.
Violating these guidelines may result in a temporary suspension or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the issue.
🚫 No Hate Speech
No racial slurs or offensive language regarding sexual orientation, gender, or identity.
Avoid derogatory or disrespectful religious discussions.
No violent threats or harassment.
No trolling or rude comments toward other collectors.
⚠️ Hate speech will result in an immediate permanent ban.
💳 No Scamming or Fraud
Only Topps issues promo codes — do not share or promise your own.
Never impersonate Topps employees or claim to represent Topps.
Never share or request another user’s password.
Do not promise trades, coins, or cards and fail to deliver.
No sexual content or offers in exchange for cards.
Accounts are non-transferable — do not sell, buy, or trade access to your account.
📢 No Spam
Avoid posting the same message repeatedly.
Do not post irrelevant trade offers or auctions in News articles.
Do not send repeated trade offers to the same users.
🚫 No Bullying
Do not harass, stalk, or gang up on other users.
Do not threaten to report others to force trades or actions.
If you are bullied or harassed, do not engage — report it immediately instead.
💰 No Solicitation
Do not sell cards, accounts, or items for money or gift cards.
Advertising other apps or services is not allowed.
Do not link to third-party sites offering hacks, “free cards,” or coins.
Buying or selling accounts on any platform (including eBay, Facebook, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ If you buy or sell off-platform, Topps cannot assist with issues.
Account ownership always belongs to the registered email address.
📱 Device and Account Rules
One account per device — multiple accounts on the same device may be banned without warning.
No dummy accounts for farming cards, coins, or rewards.
No emulators — using them will result in a permanent ban.
We can only assist with account issues through the email address linked to the account or an in-app support message.
We cannot change or add an email address to an account unless the request comes directly from:
1️⃣ The email address currently associated with the account, or
2️⃣ An in-app message sent through the official Topps App.i-
In NBA Collect, you can update your Profile to convert your current account login method to a Fanatics One Login. Please note that once this conversion is completed, it cannot be undone—you will not be able to unlink the account or revert to your previous login method.
Because of this, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing all spelling and account details before proceeding with the conversion.
After switching to Fanatics One Login, this will become your login method across all Fanatics apps. You will need to verify your email and log back into each app.
IF you forget your password, you must reset it directly through the Fanatics One login prompt, as Customer Support cannot send password resets for Fanatics One accounts.
🔄 Cross-App Trading
Topps does not support cross-app trading.
Engaging in this activity is at your own risk.
🚫No Card Cycling Policy
To maintain a fair and trustworthy trading environment, card cycling is strictly prohibited. Card cycling refers to the practice of repeatedly transferring large quantities of cards between accounts—often through uneven or one-sided trades—with the intent of manipulating inventory, value, or account standing. This includes sending cards in bulk from one account to another without a legitimate trade purpose.
Card cycling undermines fair play, creates an uneven trading ecosystem, and may be used to exploit platform systems. Any account found participating in card cycling may be subject to review and appropriate action.
By trading responsibly, we help ensure a safe, fun, and equitable experience for everyone in the community.
🏆 Contests
Do not create multiple or fake accounts to enter contests or sweepstakes.
If you encounter a problem with another fan, please reach out to us directly — we’re here to help!
📨 Disputes
If you believe you were suspended unfairly, please contact the Card Trader Support Team.
We’ll review the situation and help if possible.
⚠️ Submitting false reports or abusing the flagging system can result in account action.
Misuse of Topps App social spaces may also lead to moderation.

Currently in NBA Collect and Bunt, you must be a Certified Collector to post, comment, or interact within the community.

🛡️ Moderation Policy
Our moderators actively monitor activity and enforce the Moderation Policy to maintain a friendly environment.
Fans can help by:
🚩 Flagging inappropriate comments
👤 Reporting users (via their profile → Report)
💬 Contacting Customer Support to report harmful behavior
Repeated or severe violations — including using multiple accounts — can result in account suspension or permanent ban.
⚖️ Three Strikes Policy
Our Three Strikes You’re Out Policy ensures consistent and fair enforcement.
If three different users flag comments from the same account, our moderation team reviews the situation and may issue a suspension if necessary.
Suspension Lengths
First suspension: 24 hours
Second suspension: 3 days
Third suspension: Permanent ban
⚠️ Note:
The three-strike system is a courtesy, not a guarantee.
In cases of extreme or repeated violations, an account may be banned immediately without prior strikes.
