Fan Conduct and Moderation Policy
At Topps Digital apps, we want everyone to have a fun, fair, and respectful experience. To keep our community safe, we use a moderation system to address inappropriate behavior and maintain a positive environment.
Reporting Inappropriate Content
If you see a comment that breaks our rules, you can report it using the flagging feature.
When three different users flag a comment from the same account, our moderation team reviews it. If the flags are valid, a suspension may be issued.
Example:
If “ToppsFan_1,” “ToppsFan_2,” and “ToppsFan_3” each flag a comment from “ToppsFan_10,” a suspension may follow. But if one person flags multiple comments alone, it won’t trigger a suspension.
Three-Strike Suspension Policy
Card Trader generally follows a Three-Strike policy:
-
1st suspension: 24 hours
-
2nd suspension: 3 days
-
3rd suspension: Permanent ban
⚠️ Important: The three-strike system is not guaranteed.
If a user engages in serious or extreme behavior—such as harassment, hate speech, or threats—their account may be permanently banned without prior warning or strikes.
Disputes and False Reports
If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, contact our support team for a review.
Please note: submitting false reports or abusing the flagging system may result in action against your own account.
Social Media Conduct
Inappropriate behavior or abuse on Topps Digitals official social media pages can also result in moderator action or account suspension.
Our Goal
We want everyone to enjoy our apps responsibly and respectfully. Thank you for helping us keep the community safe and fun for all fans!
